1. Cashback benefits

1.1 Monese Cashback plan offers customers the opportunity to earn 0.5% cashback on purchases made with the subscribed card.

1.2 This cashback only applies to purchases of up to £500 / 500 € / 2.500 Lei in each Monese Cashback monthly billing cycle and will be paid by Monese and will only be accrued in the currency of your primary Monese account, if you have multiple accounts.

1.3 The Monese monthly billing cycle is defined as the date you commence your subscription up to and including the 30 days thereafter

1.4 In order to qualify for the cashback offer, you must comply with the following:

1.5 You must maintain an active Monese Cashback plan and Monese Account in accordance with the relevant terms & conditions. Terms & conditions pertaining to your Monese Account can be found at https://www.monese.com/terms

1.6 You must make any eligible payments using your Monese Cashback account.

1.7 You must spend any amount between £1 / 1 € / 1 Lei and £500 / 500 € / 2.500 Lei during the Monese Cashback monthly billing cycle.

1.8 A representative example of how the Cashback offer works can be seen below:

1.8.1 For GBP accounts:

  • Plan switch date 20/10/2025
  • Monthly End Date 20/11/2025
  • Total Spend £250
  • Remaining Allowance where cashback can be paid on £250
  • Cashback paid by Monese for this period £1.25

1.8.2 For EURO accounts:

  • Plan switch date 20/10/2025
  • Monthly End Date 20/11/2025
  • Total Spend 250 €
  • Remaining Allowance where cashback can be paid on 250 €
  • Cashback paid by Monese for this period 1.25 €

1.8.3 For RON / Lei accounts:

  • Plan switch date 20/10/2025
  • Monthly End Date 20/11/2025
  • Total Spend 1.250 lei
  • Remaining Allowance where cashback can be paid on 1.250 lei
  • Cashback paid by Monese for this period 6.25 lei

1.9 This cashback promotion excludes purchases made from certain merchants, for a list of these excluded merchants please see here.

1.10 In the event the account holder is no longer subscribed to Monese Cashback, the cashback offer will not be paid on any transactions made during this time of non-subscription.

1.11 You are considered unsubscribed in the event there are insufficient funds to cover your Monese Cashback membership.

1.11.1 Cashback will not be paid for any purchases made during this time, should the account still remain unsubscribed.

1.12 Cashback is accrued on a calendar month basis, whilst subscribed, and is paid out in the following calendar month.
