Introduction

Sweepstakes provides a weekly chance to win up to £250/€250/1000 Lei when you top-up £10/€10/50 Lei or more with Monese.

1. By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Monese Ltd.

Eligibility Criteria

3. The prize draw is open to Monese GBP/EUR/RON personal account holders only. Joint accounts and business accounts are excluded. Satisfaction of these criteria does not, in itself, automatically grant eligibility for participation.
4. The promotion will run weekly until Monese terminates the promotion.

How To Enter

5. A customer must top up £10/€10/50 or more to their Monese account to enter the sweepstake.

The Prize

6. The prize will be between 10p/€0.10/1 Lei and £250/€250/1000 paid into the user’s Monese account.
7. The winners will be chosen at random.
8. The prizes are non-exchangeable, and no alternatives will be offered.
9. The decision of Monese Ltd. regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

Winner Announcement

10. The prize draw will run on a weekly basis, with the sweepstake closing at the specific time outlined in the email instructions.
11. The winner will be notified in the app when checking the sweepstake results.

Data Protection

12. Users consent to any personal information provided in entering the prize draw being used by Monese Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

General

13. Monese Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Eligibility Criteria

14. The Welcome Sweepstakes is open to Monese GBP/EUR/RON personal account holders only. Joint accounts and business accounts are excluded. Satisfaction of these criteria does not, in itself, automatically grant eligibility for participation.
15. If a customer has more than one account, they will enter the Welcome Sweepstakes on the first account where they fulfil the criteria

How To Enter

16. A customer must top up £10/€10/50 or more to their Monese account to enter the Welcome Sweepstakes.

The Prize

17. The cash prizes are non-exchangeable, and no alternatives will be offered.

Winner Announcement

18. A customer can redeem their prize via the app as soon as they have entered the Welcome Sweepstakes
19. The winner will be notified in the app when checking the sweepstake results.
