How to top up

Head to the ‘Add money’ section of your Monese app and choose Paysafecash.
2. Get your barcode
Set up your Paysafecash profile, and we’ll create a barcode for you.
3. Find your location
Check the map for your nearest payment point and get going. The barcode is valid for 2 hours.
4. Add your cash
Hand your barcode to the cashier, give them your cash and it’ll be added safely to your Monese account.

Paysafecash top-ups are included in your cash allowance if you’re on our Classic or Premium plans. On the Starter plan you’ll have to pay a small fee each time, which you’ll see in the app.
On your first top-up, we’ll ask you to register with Paysafecash – but you’ll only need to do this once. If you already have a Paysafecash or paysafecard account, you can use that login.
Yes. To be able to top up your Monese account through Paysafecash, you have to live in one of the countries listed above.
