Monese Sweepstakes Terms (UK)

Introduction

Sweepstakes provides a fortnightly chance to win up to £250 when you top-up £10 or more with Monese.

1. By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by Monese Ltd.

Eligibility Criteria

3. The prize draw is open to Monese account holders in the UK only, whose app language is set to English and who are opted-in to marketing communications. Satisfaction of these criteria does not, in itself, automatically grant eligibility for participation.

4. The promotion will run fortnightly until Monese terminates the promotion.

How to Enter

5. A customer must top up £10 or more to their Monese account to enter the sweepstake.

The Prize

7. The prize will be between 10p and £250 paid into the user’s Monese account.

8. The winners will be chosen at random.

9. The prizes are non-exchangeable, and no alternatives will be offered.

10. The decision of Monese Ltd. regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

Winner Announcement

11. The prize draw will run on a fortnightly basis, with the sweepstake closing at the specific time outlined in the email instructions.

12. The winner will be notified via email at the conclusion of the prize draw.

Data Protection

13. Users consent to any personal information provided in entering the prize draw being used by Monese Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

General

14. Monese Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
